All orders will be processed within same business day. Since we have
warehouses on both east and west coasts of USA to convenience our customers,
shipping takes only from 1 to 3 business days to arrive to ship-to destination. We
use DHL, FedEx, UPS. International orders will be
U. S. Post Office Priority International Mail which usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Shipment will be delivered
only to the billing address.
Shipping to Canada
Most orders shipping to Canada are sent via FedEx ground service, air express or
a courier service of our choosing. Delivery for most items takes from 3 to 5
business days depending upon the destination. There is an additional $20
international shipping fee for your order to Canadian destinations. Any

International Shipping
If you ship internationally from our U.S. site you will incur additional
charges. Our U.S. Website will not display the details of these charges at
checkout; however, we will notify you by email of any additional shipping
charges prior to order processing.

time of checkout for U.S. destination only.
In order to provide you with the best possible delivery service, delivery for
orders shipping to destinations outside the United States is usually via United
States Postal Service Priority Mail which usually takes 3 to 5 business days to
arrive to the ship-to destination. Shipping charges are calculated based on the
destination and available service, usually is $20 in addition to domestic
shipping for each receiver. You
will be advised via our email of the shipping charges prior to completion of
order processing.
2) Guarantee
We provide a 10-day,
money back guarantee on all products purchased, from the date of delivery,
except certain products listed below.
If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail or phone
and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization number.
Please note that in this industry, there is a 30% restocking fee on any return
for exchange or refund. This fee is for paying the technician to check the
returned item before selling to the another customer so as to be fair to the new

Merchandise which has been installed, programmed or modified in any way is
not returnable for credit. If any product fails to perform according to
the manufacturer's specifications, you should return it for warranty service
with the respective manufacturer. Used merchandise can not be returned for

Upon receiving RMA instructions from us, return the merchandise to the return
processing center within 10 days of your original receipt of the order. The
products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or
damaged. All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
You must pay any return shipping expense. It is your responsibility to insure
the returned goods against loss or damage in shipment.
What we will do:
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the
above and within 10 days of original delivery, we will issue a refund minus 30%
restocking fee. Alternatively, you may elect to receive store credit towards
another purchase.

Warranties
Each of the lines we carry is covered
under the manufacturer's warranty.
For the receivers: the first two years of warranty we do not accept defective units back to our location.
You need to contact the respective manufacturer. From the second to the fifth years, we will be responsible for the warranty service.
We are not responsible for typographical errors. In the
event that an erroneous price is displayed on our website we will do one of the
following:
1) If the price you
paid is higher than the correct price we will issue a refund of the balance.
2) If the price
paid is lower than our cost we will offer the product at the correct price
or refund the purchase price.
Warning
We do not provide or condone the use of third
party software. Using third party software may
be illegal and void product warranty. Do not
email or call asking about Dish Network,
DirecTV, etc. Our satellite receivers are
designed and intended for 100% legal use only.
We will refuse sale to anyone whom we believe
intends to use our product illegally or sell our
products for illegal use.
